01Who we are
This policy explains what personal data FOJO collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. FOJO is operated by Double K Culinary Creations LLP (“FOJO”, “we”, “us”), Hyderabad, Telangana.
We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.
02What we collect
What you send us
If you fill in the enquiry form on this website, email us or call us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address, city and the content of your message. When you send the enquiry form, we also record that you gave the consent described under “Electronic communication” below, and when.
Collected automatically
When you browse the site, analytics and measurement tools record technical information such as:
- Pages viewed, time spent and how you arrived (for example from a search or an ad).
- Device, browser and operating system.
- Approximate location, worked out from your IP address.
- Interactions such as clicking “Order Now” or a Swiggy or Zomato link.
When you order
Orders are placed and paid for on Swiggy or Zomato, not on this website. We never see your card or payment details. We receive only the order information those platforms share with their restaurant partners, under their own privacy policies.
03Electronic communication
When you visit our website or voluntarily send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you periodically. We only collect information from you when you register on our website or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our website, you may be asked to enter your: Name, E-mail address, or Phone / Mobile Number. You may, however, visit our website anonymously. By communicating with us and submitting your personal information and contact details, you consent to receive communication from us through Email, SMS, Call, WhatsApp or any other communication medium, even if your number has DND activated on it. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

05Cookies and tracking
We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to recognise repeat visits and measure campaigns.
The site also loads fonts and icons from Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs). Like any web request, these services receive your IP address.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out add-on for Google Analytics. The site still works with cookies turned off.
06Who we share it with

- A buyer or successor, if FOJO is merged or sold, under the same protections described here.
07How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Messages you send us are deleted once they are no longer needed.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep the risk low.
08Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
