These terms govern your use of the FOJO website. FOJO is operated by Double K Culinary Creations LLP (“FOJO”, “we”, “us”), Hyderabad, Telangana. “You” means anyone visiting or using the site.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
02Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Copy, scrape, republish or commercially reuse its content, design or code without our written permission.
- Introduce malware, or interfere with the site’s security or availability.
- Try to access data or systems you are not authorised to access.
- Misrepresent yourself as FOJO or as someone acting for us.
03Menu, nutrition and allergens
Menu descriptions, photos, prices and nutrition figures (such as calories and macros) are provided as a guide. Nutrition values are calculated from our standard recipes and portion sizes, so small differences from batch to batch are normal. They are not medical or dietary advice.
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, eggs and sesame. We cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces of allergens. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering.
Photos are styled for presentation; the dish you receive may look slightly different.
04Ordering, prices and offers
- Orders placed through Swiggy or Zomato are governed by that platform’s terms, including payment, delivery, cancellations and refunds. Please raise order issues through the platform first; we’re happy to help alongside them.
- Subscriptions, corporate plans and bulk orders arranged with us directly are governed by the terms we share with you when you sign up or confirm the order.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. Prices on the platforms may differ from those shown here.
- Offers and promotions may carry their own terms and limited availability.
- We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors or items being unavailable.
05Our content and brand
Everything on this site, including the FOJO name and logo, text, photography, illustrations, page design and code, belongs to FOJO or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our prior written permission.
06Third-party sites
The site links to services we don’t control, such as Swiggy, Zomato, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and you use them at your own risk.
07Disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely up to date.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOJO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us directly in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law that cannot be excluded.
09Indemnity
You agree to compensate FOJO and its partners, employees and agents for any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
10Suspending access
We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time, for example for maintenance or if we believe these terms have been broken. Terms that by their nature should continue to apply will survive.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
